I downloaded Articulate Storyline (studio) to try it out. (I want to buy it professionally, but firt try out).
I have windows XP 5.1. Installation went smooth. Program look ok. Until I get into the slide-mode.
I see a blurry grey slide, instead of the chosen background. Editing is slow text do not appear, ilustration doen't show, character inserting or editing leads to failure and a big white and read cross. In overview ore preview mode it works ok. I have downloaded the storyline-update 1.2, installed with repair function. But it is still the same.

Hi Bea! I'm new here as well, and checking things out. My first guess would not be the product, but system compatibility. Have you read the specs listed on this link? http://www.articulate.com/products/storyline-tech-specs.php

How to check Netruntime I do not know, but it should be installed with Articulate Storyline.
I looked foreward to a weekend fun, trying out features, but this does not look like it.
