Articulate Storyline - Installshield Wizard error - please help

Hi there, a client of mine is trying to install a free trial of Storyline, and they are getting the following error:
Articulate Storyline - InstallShield Wizard
"It appears you have Microsoft Internet Explorer running. Please close any open Microsoft Internet Explorer windows and click Retry."
They do not use IE but rather Chrome - any suggestions ?

Hi David! Have you checked Task Manager to see if it is running in the background for some reason?
