Articulate Storyline - Installshield Wizard error - please help Sep 03, 2013 By David Janus Hi there, a client of mine is trying to install a free trial of Storyline, and they are getting the following error: Articulate Storyline - InstallShield Wizard "It appears you have Microsoft Internet Explorer running. Please close any open Microsoft Internet Explorer windows and click Retry." They do not use IE but rather Chrome - any suggestions ? Pic below for reference:
