I have a LMS published project, I created it using the original Articulate Storyline in 2015. It has been uploaded for two years and works perfectly fine. It can be viewed on a wide variety of user's devices...apart from one person's. They can see it on their mobile phone but on their own Window's 10 computer they see odd pictures, no text and no hyperlinks.
Why is this and is there anything that I can do to support the user?
