Articulate Storyline not responding very often

Hello,

I am working on Win 10/ 64 bit, 8GB RAM and 1TB HDD Laptop. Often while working Storyline 360 goes not responding. Then I have to kill task from Task manager and open again to start working again. I have lost some of my work also due to this.

It often happens when I minimize storyline do some other stuff and then again try to maximize to work again.

Is there a 64 bit version of Storyline?

Sounds like you've run into quite a bit of trouble using Storyline - is this all recent, or ongoing from when you started using Storyline 360? Our team has been including performance improvements consistently in the last few updates, so I'd want to start by checking that you're on the latest update of Storyline 360, build 3.30.19518.0. If you go to the Help Tab - > About Articulate Storyline you’ll see the update number listed there, in the bottom right corner.

If you are on that update and still running into trouble, connecting with our Support Team would be my recommendation! That way we can work with you one-on-one to troubleshoot. 

Finally, a 64-bit version is not a feature today, but we know it's a popular request so I'll include this discussion in our tracking. 

If we add this to our new feature roadmap in the future, we'll definitely let you know. Here's a bit more about how we work to prioritize feature requests.
