I just realized that Storyline 360 is not sending via SCORM 1.2 variable cmi.core.total_time to Moodle LMS in Chrome and Edge when I set "Launch in a new window" option in Storyline. Since time spent tracking is extremely important for all kinds of compliance courses, it's a huge issue. I know about Chrome 80 issues in Modole so I applied a patch that fixes it but this still doesn't solve the issue with time spent tracking. The reason I'm using Storyline's new Window option instead of Moodle's is because Storyline's option works much better on different screen sizes and devices.
I'm aware that this is most probably Moodle's issue but any help or advice would be appreceated.

Hi Zoran!
I haven't heard of a similar snag in Moodle! Have you tried Troubleshooting your LMS with SCORM cloud?
If your course is reporting the correct cmi.core.total_time, then I'd recommend reaching out to Moodle for additional troubleshooting steps.
