Articulate Storyline - Oracle LMS - help!!

Has anyone any ideas how to get an Articulate Storyline 360 SCORM to work on the Oracle LMS?

My client has to load the SCORM file into a repository server and then use a URL to "link" to the SCORM content - but nothing seems to work.

They seem to be under the impression to use this URL:

http://www.nwyhelearning.nhs.uk/elearning/NorthEast/NEAS/WithQuestions/index_lms.html

Linking to index_lms.html - but this does not work.

This URL does:

http://www.nwyhelearning.nhs.uk/elearning/NorthEast/NEAS/NHS%20SCORM%20TEST/story_html5.html

But then tracking does not work as it is just "playing" the course from the server.

Any ideas please?
