The compliance department is driving us nuts about a PDF version of a Storyline course. On page 20 of the attached document the PDF shows an "incorrect" response over a quiz maker slide with the "correct" answer.
Can you please take a look at the attached document and let me know how to fix.
That's something you'd have to fix within the .story source file. Do you have access to that? If you'd like to attach it, we can take a look and help change the quiz slide so that the correct feedback displays...
Thanks for the file, John. This seems like it may be open to interpretation. It seems to me, that this is set up properly, but your compliance department may be looking for more of a concrete yes or no. For example, it may help clarify if you only use the Try Again layer for an incorrect choice, rather than using what you currently have for the incorrect layer, which describes why it is wrong. Is that an option for you?
