when I'm going to preview my entire project before publishing it , a message appear after a while of loading says that there is a problem and I can't preview the entire project
are you using the latest SL2 update 7 and latest version of Flash? Also are you working from your local drive and not from a USB, network or external drive as that can cause issues.
I know that you mentioned going through the repair, and I also wanted to check if you went through the more indepth repair here. If so, and Storyline is still presenting that crash message you'll want to reach out to our Support Engineers and they can work with you to pull the crash/error logs as detailed here.

thanks for your concern, I'm working from my local drive. It was working good but suddenly this problem happened
Try saving your story file with another name - if that doesn't work...you might need to repair storyline - see this link

Do you want to upload your .story file - just use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the post and I'll see if I can preview it.
