Wendy: Tried that link, it directs me download Adobe Flash 26, which I already had on my computer. But I kept getting the error message below:

Things my IT Dept has tried include uninstalling Adobe Flash 26 and the reinstalling (same error message); uninstalling Adobe 26 and installing Adobe 11 (there was an error message telling us that we weren't installing the latest version of Flash and redirected us to the Adobe download site-which wants us to download Adobe Flash 26).
I am at a loss of what to do>

if you access this link it should check your system and tell you the latest flash version to download

Now, back to the issue at hand. Are you utilizing the the latest update as Wendy shared above?
