I'm a new administrator in the Saba Cloud environment and I cannot get my SCORM files to track after publishing. Hoping someone else has found a fix. I have a ticket open with Articulate and their fix did not work and now I am at the mercy of the Saba team to find something.
Fingers crossed for the Heroes to come to my rescue! ;)
I didn't see a case with our team associated with your name as listed here, but I suspect our team shared the information on general troubleshooting steps here and testing your course at SCORM Cloud.
Thanks Ashley, we found a fix. It was both from Articulate and Saba. We had to republish per a Articulate job aid (seen above) and in Saba we had to ensure that our courses were opening in a new window and were not marked to me score in Saba.
You may want to message Kim directly using the "contact me" button on her profile as I'm not sure if she's subscribed to this forum thread to share additional information. Did you also take a look at the article here that Kim shared helped with her set up?

We are aware of at least one set up where SCORM 1.2 files will not be marked as completed in Saba and there if a fix here.
Hopefully other users will be able to share their experience with SABA here as well.

Thanks Kim for the update and letting us know what the fix was. I'm glad you were able to get the course working again as expected.
Kim could you explain the process that you used in SABA to correct this issu
