Articulate Storyline SCORM hang when maximize the browser window

Hi, I am using Articulate Storyline 2 to create my project. When publish the file, i set the player size to "Scale player to fill browser window".  so the course will auto re-size to fit into my browser window. Then i upload the SCORM file to  the LMS.

When launch the course with Large monitor, the course will play halfway and hang, the next button all cannot click. The close button for the browser windoe also cannot function. I need to press CTRL+ALT+Delete to close the browser.

Then the second time i try again, I scale the browser window to smaller size, this time the course can play smoothly without any hang.

My question: When launch the course, is it the bigger the browser window, the more memory it need to run the course?

This is first time I face this issue. hope someone can tell me how to solve this problem.
