Articulate Storyline SL1 - Next / Previous Buttons Not Visible on Desktop View

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your file! It looks like you've already upgraded the file, as I was able to view in both Storyline 3 and Storyline 360 without having to upgrade. In preview mode, I had no issues with seeing the Prev/Next button. A few questions to dig deeper:

• What software are you using to view the course?
• Do you see the issues while previewing or publishing? Both?
• If you see this issue in a published format, how are you hosting the output?

I am looking forward to hearing back so we can continue troubleshooting!

Thanks so much for your response! 

I've taken two screenshots, one of preview and one of the published version. It looks like you can see the navigation buttons in preview for tablet mode but not desktop which is where majority of our users will use the content. 

The published version is a scorm file uploaded to our LMS.

Thanks for following up and sharing those images. It looks like you're using Storyline 360. Can you confirm you're on the latest update? You can check this by going to the Help tab, and selecting About Storyline.

I'm using Storyline 360 Update 40 and here are my results in Preview mode:

And here where I tested the file in SCORM Cloud:

If you are on the latest update, I recommend a repair of Storyline 360 to see if that fixes the player not showing during preview or publish.
