Articulate Storyline - Update 3 Issues

Hello,

I recently updated Articulate Storyline with Update 3.

Here's the issue...

Created a short course in Storyline.

Published it to Web.

Inserted the published course as Web Object in Presenter.

Published the course in Presenter to Web.

Played the course but the slides where I inserted the storyline web object, doesn't play.

All I get is a blank slide.

It used to work before UPDATE 3.

Has anyone experienced this before?

I found a work around...

I renamed the player.html to player.hta which worked for now. But I still would like to know if anyone has had the same issue since the UPDATE 3?

Hi Paul, welcome to the community!

I haven't seen any other similar issues arise since the update, but if you're consistently experiencing it, we'd like to know why.

First, can you confirm that after publishing, you uploaded the course to its intended environment? Otherwise, local security restrictions would impact the proper playback of the web object.
