Hi Juanjo and David! Can you try to check for updates from within your Storyline application? I just downloaded my update (thanks for the reminder) and did not have any issue.
If you are still not able to get this taken care of successfully, you may need to reach out to support.
Since updating, I several special math characters, such as Unicode 2208, "element of" no longer displaying properly - when they did on Friday. In some cases, they look fine in the authoring window, but display an "unsupported" box on publish or preview.
Changing them to another supported font seems to fix it, but it's a bit of an issue to have to go through and double-check everything.
After updating to Version 4, has anyone tried clicking on 'Help' -> 'About Articulate Storyline'? Mine still says Version 3. Therefore, I don't know if I've successfully updated or not... Can someone check for me?
@Rebecca Thanks for checking. I opened a case and I'm getting assistance. It was suggested that I follow the steps outlined in this Articulate Storyline support thread. This method utilizes a batch file to delete the Storyline registry keys to prepare the computer for a clean re-installation. It didn't work for me, but it might work for others.

Update 4 hasn't solved the out of memory or failed publish for me. I still have 3 courses that can't be edited and re-published consistently.

Just had some issues with "degrees" character disappearing, but only in some instances.

Updated and now the Trigger "show layer" when user drops a picture on another shape seems to be broken. Has anyone else experienced this?

I just did a quick test and it's working for me...dropping directly as you describe, i.e., trigger says:
Action: Show layer
Layer: Untitled layer 1
When: Object dropped on
Object: flower.png
Dropped on: Rectangle 1

I asked Jayem to follow up with the QA lead on Storyline to see if he has any suggestions for you.
Was having problems, per support uninstalled then installed update and it works fine.
