Hi...
I think there is a problem with this update that i have never seen since the first days of articulate
I have two courses running made with the Update 3 and the review test was fine... after updating to the latest 4, the review test stops working right in html5. What happens is that the chosen awnswer is not marked and the articulate asks for it, not allowing to continue with the review, unless you have the next button (which is not allowed by my client)

If I create a test from scratch, is happens the same, see the files...

Of course this is sooo bad

Yay - 'Jump to slide' triggers from the master will work. That ones been bugging me. Also glad to hear that the non-updating audio problem is fixed, that's got me a few times and it's a pain to have to go do something else and come back to have it update.

Can I make a suggestion however; Could you please email out an alert to say a new update it available. For people like me who work behind a pretty agressive firewall we don't get the notifications/tutorials on the Storyline start screen and can't download directly from Storyline.

Thanks!

Hi,

I was so happy to see the update and was very eager to see how my course looks on iPad. It wasn't fitting properly due to the scalng issue with earlier version.

But unfortunately I am facing an issue related to scroll. Screens having scroll were working fine earlier, now they have stopped working.

This is happening both on iPad and Android tab.

Can anyone please let me know if this issue is faced by you. If yes, then how can I resolve it.

One sample screen is attached here.

Thanks

Girish

@Rebecca Thanks for checking. I opened a case and I'm getting assistance. It was suggested that I follow the steps outlined in this Articulate Storyline support thread. This method utilizes a batch file to delete the Storyline registry keys to prepare the computer for a clean re-installation. It didn't work for me, but it might work for others.

Update 4 installed perfectly on one of my computers, but not the other. This solution worked for me. Thanks Timothy and all for posting it.
