Articulate Storyline v3 - Importing Questions Examples?

Importing MC - Multiple choice questions is easy, but are there examples of how to setup other quiz formats for importing, such as:

FIB - Fill in the Blank
WB - Word Bank
MD - Matching Drag and Drop

I'm not clear about how to build these questions in an import file (xls or text).
