I am getting an error message that Articulate Storyline can not open. I cannot complete my work. Please advise. The message I get is "we're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close.

Hi Jenna,

I'm sorry to hear you keep running into this error report when opening Storyline 360! Are you experiencing this in one file or even when you open a new project?

If multiple files: Try a quick repair of Storyline to see if that helps refresh the application.

If only one file: Check to see if your file is saved locally. If not, try copying over a file to your local drive and re-open.
