I'm using Articulate Studio 13 and our company is very strict when it comes to downloading anything. So we just got approved to download Update 3. And I just noticed that Update 4 has just been made available. My question is can I skip updating Update 3 and download Update 4 instead, OR do i have to have everyone download 3 and then 4?

You can skip update 3. Update 4 will have all of the changes that they made in update 3.
