I am having a problem uploading my zip file to Tempshare. The zip file stops at 99%. I know Tempshare is not a supported product. My question is: Does anyone know how to troubleshoot the story file to determine the slide that may be faulty. I will attempt to half step through and see if I can isolate the trouble, but would love any better way the community may have.
Sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with Tempshare. How large is your file that you're trying to upload and how many slides? Have you been able to try it from different browsers to see if one particular browser is contributing to your upload issue?

I haven't tried a different browser but when I use Chrome, I find it doesn't work for file sizes larger than somewhere between 25 MB and 30 MB.
I troubleshoot by only publishing some of the slides at a time. It's tedious but my clients expect a URL.
