In this articulate tutorial which is have 5 questions each question have correct, incorrect, answers and finally shows success and failure result, on that which is have base layer for every question and slide layer for correct and incorrect answer then how to trigger between the base layer and slide layer using trigger. Are you asking how to set up a trigger to show the correct/incorrect layer when the user clicks on submit? This is done automatically after you set up the correct/incorrect answers in Form View. Click on the form view button to define which answer is correct (see screenshot).

ok thanks for your response , and one more doubt on that correct/incorrect layer having happy and sad mother in law image,but in time line does not shows that image how to insert that image in layer then step 1 to 5 have different states like normal, hover,selected, am try to add state but can not set the background colour how to change background colour.
You will need to insert the image into the layer directly in order to be able to edit the states and change any colors. Do you have a file you can share here for us to take a look?
The images are actually on the Feedback Masters, not on the layers directly. You can change them by opening the Feedback Master (see screenshot).
You'll notice that I actually created the medallions by duplicating the image and changing the image shape to a circle, so each one is a group of objects (see screenshot).

You will need to insert the image into the layer directly in order to be able to edit the states and change any colors. Do you have a file you can share here for us to take a look?
