I was having problems with Articulate Storyline constantly closing down. I updated and still having problems with Articulate in that when I'm trying to access any button within Articulate that leads outside to a link, it freezes. For example, I cannot access "Start your Free Account Online" for AS or "Learn More about Publishing" or learn more about anything. It never links and then everything freezes and I have to close and restart. This is an going issue. Any suggestions?
I am not seeing these issues from my end when trying to access the links. Can we confirm that you have installed Storyline on your local drive? Are you able to open files and work with them? Have you tried the steps in this article? Also, do you have any anti virus programs installed on your computer?
