Hi, I'm experiencing odd freeze up instances within my Storyline 2 application. This morning, I was attempting to Insert Audio using the Record Mic option. I could click the red button, the count down began but stalled with 1 second showing. It did this several times.
This afternoon I'm recording screens and rolled one back before the start and clicked OK to save. It froze up completely, can't do anything in Storyline, and, of course, haven't saved these capture slides yet. Task Manager shows the application is "Running."
Also, does this occur in just one file or any file you start in Storyline? Have you looked to see what other programs are opening and closing them down to see if that gives Storyline more memory and power to work with? If it's still occurring consistently with only Storyline open and on all files, I'd also look at going through a repair of Storyline.

It's hard to say without seeing it happen and knowing a bit more about the set up you're using.
You'll first want to confirm you're working on local project files and using the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 10. I'd also look to ensure you exceed the minimum requirements here.
Also, does this occur in just one file or any file you start in Storyline? Have you looked to see what other programs are opening and closing them down to see if that gives Storyline more memory and power to work with? If it's still occurring consistently with only Storyline open and on all files, I'd also look at going through a repair of Storyline.
