AS3 Assessmsnt (Correct / Incorrect) Issue

Hello again.

The attached assessment file is behaving oddly.

When I preview the entire project, I can answer all questions correctly. When I click "Review Quiz' at the end, each question that was answered correct has a small green tick against the correct response (which was selected) but there is a red 'Incorrect' banner running along the bottom. I was expecting to see a green 'Correct' banner running along the bottom (as per previous assessments) and am confused as to what's happening here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
