Assessment Level Feedback in Storyline

Hello Team,

I am fairly new to stroyline. I have a doubt with the assessments, I am looking for a way to show a diagnostic feedback to the learners at the end of the assessment. To provide more clarity, the idea is to map the questions to the learning objectives and then at the end the learner gets a immediate feedback on the questions they answered wrong in terms of the learning objectives that were mapped. 

Is there a way to do that in storyline?
