Assessment review not working with question bank

I've produced an assessment with review and retry functionality - these are only available if the learner fails the assessment. The review only functions correctly on the first attempt - all subsequent attempts just re-display the results slide, when you return to the results screen after answering all the questions again the review doesn't work.  The review functionality works fine on other 'linear' assessments, the problem only seems to occur when using question banks.
