Assets not visible in Articulate 360
May 11, 2018
Hi community, We have a 360 team licence. When inserting Illustrations, icons or photos some of our team members are not able to view the thumbnails or download the assets (refer to the screenshot attached). But others are able to do so. As we are a part of a large corporate, the machines are mostly similar build and controlled by IT.
I've read that some URL's need to be white-listed by IT. Can someone let me know which exact URL needs to be white-listed to be able to download the assets. Again, I'm not sure if it's an internal issue because some of us can view all of the assets, some of us can view photos or icons only and some can view none. Thanks for your help in advance!

Hello, Shamil! Sorry some of your colleagues are unable to view/download assets.
I see my teammate, Vevette, shared allowlist all the domains listed in this article in your support case. Be sure to let us know if that solves the issue – we'll be standing by!
Thanks very much Katie. I'm in touch with Vevette for more info as it's quite tricky to get URL's white listed with such a large financial institution.

Hey Shamil
just to let you know when you reply via email all your signature details display in the forum - in case you want to edit the post and remove them :-)
oops. Thanks Wendy.
Thanks, Shamil – appreciate you working through this puzzle with us!
I took a peek at your case where my teammate, Vevette, is working closely with you on this – she'd love to review your logs to dig into what's causing this, and I'll follow the case as well!
Hello, I am having the same problem. Most often I can only display a few rows of photos or illustrations. The rest will not display. We also have a team license. Would appreciate a way to resolve this. Thank you!
Hi Terra,
It looks like I answered your other post here. Can you take a look at the questions I asked in the other discussion? We can keep the conversation going over there
