Assigning a clickable marker trigger to an xAPI activity

Hello,

I have read the following several times, and still have no clue how to go about tracking wether or not a certain marker (which has a click-activated trigger revealing a layer) has been clicked. Furthermore, once that is done, I would greatly appreciate any guidance as to how to view the actual reports.

We are uploading our courses to TalentLMS and currently are interested in using the TCAPI strictly for objects inside those course files.
