Hi, I was wondering what was the best way to attach a file to a Storyline elearn. Something quite similar to studio - when you add it to the library someone can click it and the file will download - where they can save it or just view it. Thanks!
I have used the Resources tab in the past, but have not used it in a long time. When I needed to open a PDF finside my course, I just saved it into my source folder, then added the file after the fact to the output files and the zip file. I forgot the Resource tab even existed since it had been so long! Glad I found this post because this saves me a lot of time. I will be used resources but not including it in the actual tab. Thank you!

Have you looked at attaching these files to the Resources tab that is a part of the player? You could then even link to those resources within your course from the player.
