Attached PDF not launching correctly in Storyline 360

We are using Storyline 360 and have begun to see an issue emerge in the past month. When published and loaded into our LMS, PDF files attached to the lesson in any way (link within the body or under the Resources link) only display the first page of the document. The documents launch correctly from Review 360. We are also looking into this with our LMS and to be thorough, I am checking with your team to see if there is a known issue. I have had to do all the following to get the lessons to function: "Save-As" the lesson, recreate PDF attachments, clear cookies and cache and republish multiple times. Thank you.
