I would like to know if it is possible to easily create a point system according to the attempts.

Concretely I would like to attribute:

100% has a learner who answers correctly on the first attempt

80% has a learner who responds correctly to the second attempt

10% has a learner who has tried but has not succeeded

Is it possible ?

The ability to reduce the score on subsequent attempts is not a built-in feature of the software, but I know that it's something I've seen users discuss. Perhaps this thread will help you get started.
