I know there's an old thread from 8 years ago where someone experiencing something similar but no resolution.
My project will play slides just fine in the timeline using the play button, but when I preview or publish (to Review 360, Web or LMS) the audio and text disappear.
I've tried importing the project into a fresh storyline file, and uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline.
Hoping for a Hail Mary Christmas Miracle on this one, I need help FAST!
