Audio attached to the marker cannot be played on Android.

I'm sorry you're running into this problem on your Android device. Let's dig in!

First, I published the file for Web using Storyline 3, Update 7, and then hosted the package on Tempshare (A free service we provide for testing Storyline content; uploaded files are deleted after 10 days). Click here to view the published output!

When I test the link above in the latest version of Chrome on Android 9, the audio plays. To help us explore our next steps:

Of course, the presentation works after placing it on the server and reading story_html5.html by any device via the Internet, due to analytics-frame.html.
It also works after placing it on any PC disk, even without internet access.
However, it does not work after placing the presentation on the phone.

This will give me a better idea of where to test the file!

If I open story.html and I am directed to the Google store, after installing Articulate Mobile Player I get a screen like "Tap a course link from an email....".

The phone lay quietly and was connected to the internet.
I decided to check something else and ...
story.html opened in chrome and chrome caused Articulate Mobile Player to work.
The presentation worked with sound similar to Android 4.3.

Does Articulate approve of opening the presentation after a long time?

Is it possible to open a presentation in html5 without internet access and without Articulate Mobile Player?

On Android 4.3 in Samsung Galaxy S4 I get a presentation image, but touching the buttons with the sound does not have any effect.

 

Only installing Articulate Mobile Player allows Chrome to properly open story.html and launch Articulate Mobile Player with sound access.

Definitely nothing works when you open story_html5.html. Only black screen and no possibility to exit full screen mode.
