Audio Autoplay in Flash Player 9

Is there any way to make the audio auto play on Storyline slides in both Flash Player 9 and 10? I have a client with users accessing a course with both set ups. Anyone have luck with workarounds to get Storyline to work with 9 as well?

Currently the audio auto plays on the very first slide of the course. Subsequent slides require the user to click the play button at the bottom to start the audio. I've tried adding a "Play Media" trigger to the audio at the start of the timeline, but it didn't auto play and didn't even provide sound when play was clicked.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
