I'm getting an error in which when certain videos are played, a small audio blip occurs at the very start.
I've checked the source video files and there is no blip there. If I test the videos within the editor, there is no blip. The blip only occurs when the slide is previewed or published.
have you tried putting the video on a later and setting a trigger to show later when timeline starts or maybe instead of an autoload of the video to play straight away set a trigger to play video when timeline reaches 0.25 or 0.50 secs
Hi there Luke, it sounds like you've already tried quite a bit of troubleshooting on your own. At this point, I would recommend sharing your file with our support engineers. Hi there
Yes, currently the video is on a layer, and I've tried starting the
timeline from 1/8th second in - didn't work.
I'll try later but I don't want a noticeable video glitch either
Thanks
I just tried a longer delays of .25s and .5s and the blip is still there.
Is there anything else happening on the base layer before the show layer trigger for the video?
No. The slide loads, and one of two layers is selected depending on a
boolean. Each layer has its own video.
