Hi, after being resaved several times the audio stopped playing on most slides of the project. Nor in preview, neither when published. Even when I try to play it in the Timeline view, the red cursor does not move. I tried to re-upload the audio and it did not change anything. Did the file get corrupted. Any solutions? Thank you so much!!!
If the audio is just entirely missing or you're unable to play elements, corruption may be a likely scenario. I'd begin by confirming you're following along with the general guidelines here for working on your .story files. Next you'll want to try importing that .story file into a new project.
You could also try adding the audio file onto a blank slide in a new project, and bringing that version into your current Storyline file to replace what you currently have.
Please let us know if you continue to experience difficulty.
Thanks for the notice. It seems that the problems is with my computer as the file plays fine on another one. Later I discovered that another file that used to be played fine and stored on C drive was not playing as well. We are now figuring out the computer issue - thanks again!
