I'm still fairy new to Storyline and I have a question about the audio. I have recorded some audio and imported the file. It works great the first time a learner watches the presentation. However, if a learner clicks the PREVIOUS button to re-watch a slide, the audio track does not play as the learner re-watches the slide.
Try changing the "When Revisting" property setting for the slide that contains the audio to "Reset to Initial State". Hopefully, this will do the trick for you.
You can find the property settings for the slide by clicking the little wheel icon that displays beside the slide name in the bottom right panel.
