I'm publishing existing learning modules to 5HTML for iPad compatibility, and the narration works properly on the 1st launch. when I try to play the course again there is no narration/audio throughout the whole course.
only when I delete cookies and browsing data the narration goes back again. I need to solve it so no deletion will be needed.
I'm using iOS 6.1.3 and viewing on Safari browser, without Articulate mobile App, (according to customer's demands) though I recall having the same problem with the app version of the product.
Check the settings on your slide options (look for the little gear icon in the layers box). Are you setting slides to resume saved state? Try resetting to initial state.

Oren - do you have the latest release installed?
I seem to remember/think this was solved in that, (but may not have been).
