Audio Doesn't play initially on iPad Pro Feb 10, 2020 By Deb Stoetzel I have Storyline courses that have audio associated with most screens. The audio doesn't play, on an iPad pro [latest Chrome installed] when you first arrive on the screen. You have to refresh the screen for the audio to playback. Any thoughts or suggestions?

What Storyline update are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline. Do you run into this problem on desktop or other mobile browsers?
