Audio Doesn't play initially on iPad Pro

I have Storyline courses that have audio associated with most screens.

The audio doesn't play, on an iPad pro [latest Chrome installed] when you first arrive on the screen. You have to refresh the screen for the audio to playback.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

  • What iOS version are you running on the iPad Pro? (Here's how to find that detail!)
  • What Storyline update are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
  • Do you run into this problem on desktop or other mobile browsers?
