Hi, I did a course in Storyline and the audio works very well offline but when I published it on Success Factor only works in two slides of six. Do someone knows how fix it?
Thanks for reaching out about the issue you're having with your audio.
Are you following the instructions here for publishing your Storyline 360 courses to an LMS?
Curious if you experience a similar issue with your audio if you upload the zipped published output to SCORM Cloud or if the issue is limited to your LMS?
If you need us to help you test or take a look, please feel free to share your .story file and let us know the slide(s) that you are having trouble with.
Hi, thank you for your answer. Yep, I did all process but It doesn't work yet. I'll appreciate that you take a look in my project. Slide 1.3 and next slides are having trouble. I send you a a part of my poject because it's too heavy.
I saw the same thing you described. It looks like the "Suspenso 1" audio file on the slide master doesn't play on slide 1.3 or the slides that follow.
I'd like to enlist the help of our Support team on this, so I'm going to share your file with them. They'll test it and reach out to you again soon. ☺️
