We are publishing our programs using Update 5 vs. Update 4.
Our programs are primarily video containing audio, imported into Storyline.
We are finding that some of our programs now published with Update 5 vs. 4, there is no volume or audio coming out when the videos played. With Update 4 publish they are fine.
These course are published to a server and played from iPad using the AMP. So the audio is like it is MUTE. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Is your iPad also using iOS7? Is it only the videos that don't have audio, or the audio only slides also aren't working correctly? Do you have a course we could take a look at (a link to the published course and a copy of the Storyline file)? I am happy to test on my iPad mini as well.
