I am trying to figure out how to make an audio file play only once on a slide with multiple triggers. This slide is a menu with links to other modules in the course, so I don't want it to play every time they come back to go to another module. Any help would be much appreciated.

Create a True/False variable called Audio1Played.
Add a trigger to set Audio1Played=True when media completes, and select the appropriate audio file.
Then, edit the trigger that plays that audio in the first place to add the condition that Audio1Played=False.
That should do it.
