Audio file won't play for one slide in project

I have one slide in my project that throws an error message any time I try to play my text to speech audio file in the development view. I have tried deleting and reinserting the text, using a smaller text file, removing the audio file and then duplicating the slide and readding the audio file, closing and rebooting, and finally had our IT department uninstall and reinstall Articulate. Still no luck. It won't play (and throws an error message) in preview as well. So far, the other slides seem to be OK; it's just this one slide.
I've reported this to the Articulate help team and sent them a copy of the file, but figured I'd post here in the meantime in case anyone had a suggestion or had experienced the same issue.

Articulate help got back to me... The issue was I had an object with a "fly in" animation and I had not specified where it should be flying in FROM. Once that issue was resolved I stopped getting the error message and everything seems to be working fine now...
