Audio file won't replay!

Hello Heroes,

I'm hoping that someone may have experienced this before or can shed any light on the below.

I have a slide with three layers, all containing voice overs and separate seekbars. When a layer has been viewed, there is a trigger to hide it and return to the base layer. At this point, if the learner clicks the 'replay' button next to the seekbar, the base layer will run from the start (reset to initial state is working), although it won't play the voice over.

If the seekbar is clicked then the voiceover starts from the point clicked.

Is there a way to make sure that the voicover starts when the slide is restarted or is this a glitch in the software?

Any help would be much appreciated!
