I use Storyline 3 and am including audio on a slide to illustrate a process. If I have 3 minutes of audio, would it be better to use 1 audio file that is 3 minutes long, or break the audio into smaller 1 minute segments and have 3 audio files that play one after another in the timeline of the slide. Does it matter?
I would use one audio file. If you use three separate audio files on the slide, it won't run properly if you publish for mobile viewing. On mobile, it will only play the first audio file in the timeline.
