Audio Form WAV or MP3 recording from Audacity vs. Using video editor per slide in Articulate Storyline 2

I am a beginner.

I do not know what is the most efficient, quality way for preparing a audio recording. Should I Audio Form WAV or MP3 recording from Audacity or use audio editor per slide in Articulate Storyline 2?

I also need a demo of how to align slides to an audio form once it is imported.

Thanks,

Suzanne

How you record is typically up to you.  Both options work well.  Some, who are used to having more control over their output like to use audio tools like Audacity.  But the builtin recorder is a fine option as well.
