audio from 2 slides plays at once

Hello, I created several Storyline modules which performed perfectly on my computer after posting on our server. Now that users have begun to access them with various computers throughout our company, I have received feedback that many (but not all) users are experiencing "double talking" on some slides. I've inserted 3 original slides from one of the modules. The fourth slide contains a short video example which demonstrates the error (the audio of slide 3 begins on top of the audio of slide 2). Do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting this problem?

Hi Dale! You mention 'posting on our server', does this mean that you've published it to your web server or are you hosting the content on a network drive/server? The latter would not be a supported method and would explain erratic behavior. If you have published to a web server, could you test your content in SCORM Cloud to see if you can replicate this issue? If you cannot, then you would need to look to your web admin, but if you can replicate the issue, please send your .story file to our support team.
