I have been transitioning some Presenter presentations into Storyline and have done around 10 separate lectures with no issues. However, on one presentation I attempt to import from PowerPoint and the slides come over without narration or timing.
The .ppt and .ppta are both in their own dedicated folder on my hard drive and from PowerPoint they will publish (with Presenter) with audio. However, this narration is lost whenever I import them into Storyline.
I can see how frustrating this must be! I'm sorry you're running into this issue where the narration is missing when importing a PowerPoint file into Storyline.
