Hello - I have a created a simple Storyline that has a number of text hyperlinks attached to short audio files. My goal was to have the user press the link and hear the audio. The finished product works great on everything but the iPad. I've updated to iOS 6.1 and have the updated version of Storyline. Also, I have tried using the Articulate Player app, safari and chrome. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
What type of audio files are you trying to link to? Are they external links, or files within the course itself? I know file hyperlinks aren't supported in HTML5, but my concern is that this isn't working in the Articulate Mobile Player, either. If it's a "Jump to" link for the file, this wouldn't be supported in Articulate Mobile Player. For more information about what features are supported in HTML5 and The Articulate Mobile Player, you may want to review this comparison chart.
Can you give us a little more information about how these links are set up, or share your project's .STORY file here?
I was able to find the case for this issue (#00318625 for my reference) and I see that Cleo is working with you on this. Were you able to try the suggestions he sent in his response? If this fixed the problem for you, just let me know. If you're still not able to get this working, please respond to Cleo so he can continue working with you.
I was checking in on the status of your case this morning and it looks like you were able to fix the problem by adjusting the media trigger in your course. I'm happy to hear this solved the problem with you. If you need any other assistance, please let us know!

Hey David!
Are you able to share the project here, or send it to us privately, so we can have a look? Thanks!

Christine - The files are short MP3s that I have recorded myself. I used insert hyperlink and used these setting:
