I am new bee. I am using storyline 2 as Scorm package in Litmos LMS. Audio in the slide is not audible in Android ( Samsung Galaxy Note). Can anyone help on this.
Hi there Rao! Sorry the audio is giving you headaches. We do have an issue on our radar for Storyline 2 where audio doesn't play on Google Chrome for Android. Is that the browser you used for testing?
If you haven't already, test the content on a desktop computer or an iOS device. Does the audio play there?

Good news, Rao and Yuting! We added support for the latest version of mobile Chrome in Update 12 for Storyline 2. Just download and install the latest Storyline 2 update, then republish your course to take advantage of all the latest features and fixes.
We've released the latest version of the Articulate Updater, if you want to update your delivered courses without having to republish them. Let us know if you have any questions!
Hi we are having this same issue --we publish scorm html5 to an app that uses webView. On Android devices ONLY - The audio will not play outright. Sometimes when we click on the play bar (btw, the video plays just fine) the audio will start - and sometimes it plays through while other times audio doesn't play on some of the slides or stops playing audio altogether. Can you help?
You mentioned that the audio won't play on Andriod devices. Do you mean that the audio doesn't play at all, or it does play on some slides but not others?
If you're using Storyline 2, you'll want to be sure you're on the most recent update since we added support for the latest version of mobile Chrome in Update 12 here.

We ran one file through the updater and re-loaded to customer's app ***IF I disable the separate chrome app on my phone click on customer's app click on html5 scorm video Video plays and audio plays IF I keep separate chrome app enabled it will NOT

Using a third party app to view Storyline 2 content isn't supported, so that may be why you're running into these issues. You can take a peek at our system requirements here, specifically the Android OS details in the Browsers and Mobile Apps for Viewing Published Courses section.

I'm sorry you're running into those errors, those aren't ones I'm familiar with. Using an app other than the Articulate Mobile Player to access the courses on mobile devices isn't something that's supported with Storyline 2.
If you share what app you're using here, perhaps Community Members familiar with it may be able to provide some insight.

I also meet the problem.
I used Storyline 2(Update 11) and published the course.
The audio is not audible on Google Chrome 57 or later in Android device.
I must press "replay icon", the audio can work it.
If the course on desktop or iOS device, it can work perfect.
