I've created and published some Storyline presentations in which are embedded audio/video files. They play perfectly when published, but when I post online or send to others, the audio for the embedded videos does not play. Audio on the individual slides is fine.
Is this a security issue, or are my videos in an incompatible format? I've never had this happen before. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing your file. I was able to hear all the audio for your videos when I previewed it, and then I published it to my Articulate Online account here and the audio still worked for everything.
You may want to follow these directions when publishing to the Sharepoint server,
First, use the Web publishing option for your Articulate content. Then, in SharePoint, switch to "Explorer View" before uploading your published output as explained in this forum post. (It mentions Studio aspects, but the same will carry over for Storyline).
Here is an additional thread that includes some screen shots describing the above approach.
If all the above doesn't work, hopefully someone in the community will chime in on other possible solutions!

Hi Amanda and welcome to Heroes!
Would you be able to share the link to your published output here and the file itself so that I can test it?
Thanks!
I published the presentation on an internal Sharepoint server, so I'm not sure the link would work for you. Here is the original articulate file.
